I had the draw on slow motion. However, yes, that's something I've started doing, Rick even said it's all good. I feel it's more controlled, just really works for me. I was shooting yesterday, Man I'm tearing it up!!!

Look pretty fluid to me...I assume the tapping of the chest is a mental reset sorta thing?

I do that to make sure my fingers are in as far as they will go in my glove. Atleast I do that with my newer glove.

Makes me want to video my own self and see how I fare. I know at times I tend to lift my head at times after the release even though I try not to. A self-video would be good to see if what other bad habits I am hanging on to besides that.

Thanks for sharing your time with us. The tapping the fingers on the chest is to even the fingers for application to the bow string. Uneven fingers can create torque, & it's all a mess from there. Even fingers='s better release. That's all it is.
