Approaching retirement age I got the urge to try archery late last January, and picked up a 1968 Bob Lee/Wing Archery Chaparral recurve at a local trad hunting shop. Found Rick's videos online within a month of first shooting, and immediately switched to three-under with great improvement. Soon bought the Accuracy Factory DVD and use that as my textbook. After making a few dozen cedar and spruce arrows, I've achieved basic tuning and some consistency - looking forward to learning much more through the forum.
