how far are ricks bows cut past center Empty

i thought i read somewhere that Ricks bows are cut 1/4" past center- is this correct??- geuss that puts the arrows dead center, after the addition of strike plates etc- thats if i heard correctly>
who of you guys shoot with ricks bows, and would you be able to enlighten me!!
