Over Bowed Empty

How do I know if I am over bowed? I have a 27 to 28 inch draw and am at ~57lbs of draw weight but don't feel uncomfortable. In your video one of your students noted that he learned in your school that he was over bowed so it made me curious. Any comment will be appreciated.

I'm heading down to Rick's school the middle of October but I was always told that no matter what weight your bow you should be able to draw to your full draw length, anchor and hold for minimum 30 seconds with out feeling undue fatique or starting to shake.

When I practice over the course of a couple of arrows I will throw at least 300 arrows without getting tired. My Black Widow is 43# @ 28" and my draw length is 27" so I'm probably 40# or less.

I have shot with guys that are pulling 55# plus and after 20 or 30 arrows they've had it physically and therir accuracy all goes to pot.

Just my 2 cents.
