I done use double nocks, It they help you in some way over a single one and if you feel like help you in a positive way use them.

bounce Sometimes I do and sometimes not. Right now I have a brass one on top and thread on the bottom. The serving was too small. This seems to happen more with the fast flight strings.

I have always heard, and believed that people have caught vertical nock travel on camera when people only use one nocking point. I think if you shoot three under you should have a nock above and under, so that way that nock will not be going anywhere.

So thats what I do, I use two tie on B-50 string nocks.
