Shooting Longer Distances Empty

I use a high anchor, three under, and at more than about 35 yards my bow arm is so high that I cant see the spot I want to hit for the tip of my arrow. What do yall do about this? Is my anchor too high? I use my middle finger at the corner of my mouth, which puts the cock feather at my nose. I find I cant focus on the spot cause my arrow covers up the spot.
