Hello everybody. I just joined the forum. I'm fairly new to archery. Always had an interest but up until a couple months ago never had equipment. My friends father gave me an old 48# recurve he had from the 60's and I've been at the range for 2-3 hours every Sunday for the past 2 months teaching myself to shoot. It's an indoor 20 yard range. I was terrible and weak when I started. I was lucky to get a couple arrows on paper and could barely draw the bow. Now I can shoot average a bull every round and probably a 1-2" grouping on a good day. The bow is old and very unforgiving so I'm planning on getting a new one at some point. I want to go to Rick's school once I can get some time and money aside. Just watching some of the student videos on Youtube and trying to replicate what he teaches. My accuracy improved but not as much as it could. Hopefully I'll learn some more on here until I go train with Rick.

Good shooting to yall. <-- use that word a lot Smile
