Longbow limbs for Recurve Empty

Do you use different risers for your longbows and recurves. To put it another way, if I decide after I get my recurve that I would like a set of longbow limbs made for it is that something you can do? Now, get off the computer and go finish my bow geek

They do not inter change, That was my goal but the longbow did'nt perform the way it should so I had to use a different risers.
