Hey Rick,

This is Don Baker from Sandpoint, Idaho- Missi & I hope you and your family are doing well.

I heard you were shooting longbow in IBO this year and was wondering about your equipment and setup.

Are you shooting a one piece longbow of your own making & wood arrows too?

In any case, it sounds like you are doing very well.

Hi, Don
At the IBO traditional world in the longbow class it has to be a onepeice with wood arrows, if you shoot aluminum or carbon take-down or one-peice you shoot modern longbow class. At the world in new york and all the triple crowns you can shoot one-peice or take-down, the shelf has to be 1/8 passed center.
